Last I checked, in America.. we're innocent until proven guilty.. there's no proof that this soldier is "guilty" of "murdering" a dog.. what if the dog had rabbies, bit the soldier, and 2 days later that soldier is in the hospital or worse.. you understand? ..sure it's sad, but it may have been necessary.. there's no video proof that he was being cruel
