  • It doesnt get any better than that amazing !

  • bravo!

  • Amazing model! Extremely scale especially with the radial (Moki 400?) and the flying was also top class! To many ignorants dont understand the challanges of flying a scale model...Thanks for sharing!!!

  • WOW So smooth

  • Superb aircraft and such professional flying. All the yanks on here could do with watching the landings on this video and learn a thing or 2!!!! ;)

  • @jodypootic and land short. ??? fool

  • @VampeD4 No, land it like a real aircraft making it look as scale as possible instead of coming in hot and high and ripping the U/C and smashing it to pieces like the majority of clips on here from the States!!

  • @jodypootic you on crack. i see more videos of peeps we saved. crashing and doing stupid stuff then from the states. as for the flying. real basic!!!! and he still landed short. nice plane and all. but i see nothing in this video ( other then a nice plane ) that says. hay this is how you do it.~!!!!

  • I would cut a proper hole in it and drive it myself

  • That radial sounds so cool!

  • That is nice.

  • AWESOME.

  • I agree the best scale model I have seen. Hope you enter it in some scale contests.

  • The best scale model aircraft I have ever seem, without a doubt.

  • Good Lord! You could go to war with that thing!

  • Like woow thats some budget you have there! but i guess being an aeromodeller myself i can appreciate the effort thats gone into this.

But i think ill stick to 120 size...;)

  • Good work old boy! Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, !!

  • can't you fit a small person or a child in there =$?

  • Wow!!!!! One of my favorite warbirds too!

  • Nice airplane and VERY scale like flying! Too often I see nice scale models flown like just another model aircraft. Again, good piloting..!

  • Beautiful engine, I bet it's very expensive. I wonder what fuel consumption is like?

  • Moki 400 radial is around £ 3,400. Onboard fuel capacity is 3 litres, though in a 10/12 min flight, I think we barely use 1/2 of this.

  • Beautiful

  • That was a great video!!!! What motor is that? Is it a Saito? I really like the scale flying. With the flaps down....it is poetry in motion!!! Thanks for posting this.

  • No...not a saito. It's the Moki 400cc radial (petrol) 38 x 25 carbon prop at just under 4,000rpm

  • 3:45... that could quite easily be a fullsize take-off.

    Proper job!

  • So nice to see her fly at last. Well done!

  • Well done, Phil.Looks fantastic and sounds even better.

    KL

  • Superb, congratulations!
