I watched The Incredible Human machine when they showed him on there testing his vocals, since he is the one who has basically been screaming the longest and doing shows the longest of any rocker. He has had vocal bleeds in the past, however. They had to use a laser to fix his bleeding. All of this comes at quite a price, but screaming of course isn't harmful other than that.
