I test drove both the Acura MDX & Buick Enclave, to be honest the Enclave drives a little bit more smoothy and is much better looking as far as the exterior. But each to their own I guess or everybody has different taste.

@CarFan324 It's a fact that Japanese cars on the whole are better built than American cars, but they also cost more, are more expensive to maintain, and style wise are bland compared to American cruisers. And let's be honest..Acura lately has made some pretty damn ugly, "parrot beak grill" cars that nobody wants..hence their poor sales since the redone "parrot beak" styling. The Enclave offers good quality, interior space, beautiful styling, wood & leather, at a price hard to beat.

It is no way close to the Audi, nice try, Real leather and true wood grain and carbon fiber vs plastic? almost close, Audi destroyed the enclave in all outdoor tests and pulling weight speeds and stops, uphill, snow downhill, mud etc.. Audi way outperformed this and all American vehicles, I was shocked the hummer took 6th place?? But I do like Buick it is a very noce looking suv and better quality than reg ford or Chevy and caddy.

@MrBritdog2 You need an update on new Buick quality and why Americans buy SUV's. The Enclave has REAL wood and REAL leather...Buick didn't skimp on that. The Enclave rides smoother & softer than Audi -we Americans like this. It does NOT have the typical euro/german "hard on the bumps" ride. This SUV is a luxury model, it was made for plush driving & interior space, NOT for pulling, snowing, or mudding. Also, cheaper to buy & maintain than Audi. Lastly, it's gorgeous..unlike the Audi.

Love it, we have had ours for over a year now, and I can honestly say. It definitely was better than the BMW, Volvo, Audi, and Mercedes. We tried had tested them out and this was clearly way better. We love it so much.

Honda is crap compared to this, hard cheap plastics, and cheap inexpensive low quality leather(yeah what a plus compared to the comfortable interior of the Enclave.)
