Good list of ideas... My impression when I was in Canada was that you had some pretty nice libraries around the place. Scholarships are a good idea... Education to the people! Gotta be a priority...
How about a video on your view on tuition, eh? Should Canada copy what we do here in Denmark? Encouraging education through making it free, and through stipends for living costs?
