This sounds good after Suite Sister Mary. The guitar used here looks like a JACKSON. If Queensryche is truly behind this tune, then I would like them to play it next concert. It is November 2010 now. Next time in Portland Ore. Queensryche is the most impressive band I have ever seen over the years.

Since the Queensrÿche's new album will be named "American Soldier" and focus on war from americans point of view. The record will take on wars from WWII - uptil now. And this might be a song about the war in Iraq. You can clearly hear middle Eastern influences thought out the song. And since it is named "Souls of the East Wind" I guess it is about all the suffering a los of american's in the war, that they forever are bound to be souls lost in the east wind. Time will tell if this is real

From the looks of the video, I'm guessing its not Queensryche. I'd guess someone taped themselves doing a Ryche-esque song they wrote, whether it be the poster themselves or someone else.

But I like it, alot in fact. There's another Queensryche-influence song I've heard from David Christoff called Lift Myself Away. If I didn't know better, I'd have sworn Christoff's tune was an unreleased Queesnryche demo.

Personally it is a Rage For Order vs. Promised Land vs. Tribe direction, whick i LIKE!!!...but I doubt it is a Queensryche song, I don't know...Intro is smokin', very Xanadu/Tai Shan (Rush) oriented...If Queensryche is going similarly in this direction on their nex album...to me this would be among best records of 2008...

i lost total interest in queensryche after empire. even during empire i was a little dissapointed with the new sound. my favorite error is rage for order and before mindcrime is great too but the warning and rage are my favorites
