  • good for you man did you just eat healthy? ot did you make a plan?

  • @zenkaizer12 Just ate healthy and made sure to have plenty of protein. You doing P90X too?

  • @trek2befit yeah im doing it too and i am seeing results the yoga is very annoying but its worth it haha

  • @zenkaizer12 Good! Keep up the awesome work!!!

  • So you kept doing it for 146 day... when you finished the original 90 day plan did you start back from day 1 or did you continue with something else like P90X+

  • @memphis8766 Yep! I've done a lot of rounds of P90X, but I've also done Insanity, some of the P90X+ workouts, and now I'm doing P90X2.

  • Totally bobbing my head the whole time...

  • @Robin86 lol...Nice!

  • Awesome job!

I'm starting the lean program on P90X today. Which program did you use? Classic?

    <3 JESSiE JiVE

  • @chaching289 Congrats! I did the Classic version myself. You can always do the lean version and then move onto the Classic if you want/

  • Does P90X include legs? :p

  • @JakobAntonsson no, you have to use your own legs

  • hopefully my head dosent expload :)

  • @DeclinedjayHD lol! I hope not too!!

  • @trek2befit you u got skype or msn ?

  • dude is it safe to mix whey and Creatine together in one shake?

  • @DeclinedjayHD I'm not a doctor, but I don't see why not...

  • whats sups did you take??

  • @DeclinedjayHD My first 2 rounds of P90X I just used the P90X Recovery drink and I used whey protein. You doing P90X yourself?

  • @trek2befit yeah dude and im not from the usa so i cant get the p90x recovery drink i need a alternative i thought maby a whey protein shake after my workout for the full 90 days? will that be alright? oh and a multivitamin in the morning every day following the nutrition plan and yeah im doing it myself :)

  • @DeclinedjayHD Yea using whey protein would be a good alternative. Yep, you will definitely need a good multivitamin so it sounds like you are good to go. Get ready to BRING IT! :-)

  • @trek2befit i gonnae use whey and Creatine hope it will be ok and follow all the diet plans I AM READY TO FUCKING BRING IT BROTHER!

  • I wanna know what being white and pale has to do with getting in to better physical condition. lol

  • @GeneralThieu I was just poking fun at myself! :-)

  • Awesome results! I'm only on day 3, but definitely gonna make all 90! Super stoked for results just in time to go back to school ... The only thing I'm worried about is the eating plan because my parents don't want to spend all the money for all the more specialized meals. Is it still gonna give same results if i sub for more regular stuff while still trying to stick to my calorie intake & percentage for each phase?

  • @soccachicka9 Thanks buddy! Stick with all 90 days of P90X no matter what! You ideally do what to follow the p90X Nutrition Guide, but another higher protein, clean diet would be effective as well. Have a great weekend and keep pushing play with P90X!

  • @kevin1001100 After my first round of P90X I did another full 90 days of the program. Does that answer your question? Have a good one buddy!

  • Wow amazing, congrats. I'm still in phase 2 and it's kind of hard to see the results everybody seems to be getting.

  • @riojichang Thanks buddy! Just stick with P90X no matter what! Also make sure you are following a high protein eating plan along with the workouts. Eating right is just as important as your workouts. Keep me updated on your progress! Have a good one!

  • @riojichang Yeah man you can't do this program without following their diet or close to it, because their plan is specifically designed to give you exactly what the p90x program is asking of your body. It's broken up into three phases that match the changing phases of the actual program. And it's really not more expensive to follow the nutrition plan, Healthy food isn't expensive, raw meats, fresh veggies and pastas, don't go out and buy "brand name" health foods, they're a waste.

  • @riojichang I mean you can go through the program without it, but you're not going to get the results like the guy who stuck to the program to a T and didn't cut corners. And I don't only use the nutrition guide for the program, it's what I use as a guideline of what to buy all the time, it's got a hell of a lot of info in it. Trust me man it's worth the $40 retail if you didn't buy the whole package from Beachbody, otherwise it woulda came with the dvds. The hardest part is always the diet..

  • awesome music :P

  • @bored2deathish Thanks buddy! Are you doing P90X?

  • Man I been working out for 2 months at gyms put on 8Ibs Shud I switch to this? I am fairly skinny but the videos I been watching it jus loooks like it tones your body and doesnt put any mass on? So im curious on rather to buy it or not if u cud help me Id really appericate it

  • @akaWeezyF You can most definitely gain mass with P90X. When I first started P90X I wasn't trying to gain any size, I was just trying to get back into shape. You'll just need to make sure you use heavy weight and focus on doing 8-10 reps per set. You'll also have to make sure you take in enough calories. Hope that helps buddy! I highly recommend P90X!

  • WOW!!! You have one of the best videos. Good job! I cant do P90X, I am prego.

  • @passiongrl I appreciate it! :-) Once you have your baby you can do P90X! Let me know if I can help in any way! Have a great weekend!

  • HEY BUDDY GOOD JOB WITH YOUR PROGRESS I WISH I KNEW HOW TO PUT MY BEFORE AND AFTER PICS ON YOUTUBE BUT DONT KNOW HOW TO EDIT LOL

  • @jefferylanthripp1234 lol...Thanks for the kind words on my P90X results! Hope you have an awesome day and keep pushing play with P90X!

  • @jefferylanthripp1234 lol...Thanks for the kind words on my P90X results! Hope you have an awesome day and keep pushing play with P90X!

  • Good work, I know you didn't mean anything by it by mentioning being white but just putting this comment up for any young kids reading that fitness doesn't discriminate, whatever your background you can acheive it if you work for it, doesn't matter white, black, mixed etc. Peace

  • @Sobanski87 I was making fun of how pale I am...so I was just making fun of myself and nothing more! :-) You're right it's something that anyone can do. Thanks for the comment!

  • I will stay in touch....great work my friend...

  • @TRAINERBIGJ Please do stay in touch! Have a wonderful day buddy!

  • thats what i like to see......never give up on yourself...Jesus did,nt give up on us.....great video..

  • @TRAINERBIGJ Hey thanks buddy! Have a good one!

  • umm sorry i had 2kill da music :0( but u did a good thng 4urself...what waz ur motivation? i mean nuthn was wrong with u n da 1st place what happened 2make u do this?

  • @mscocacola24241 Thanks for the comment. You aren't killing anything! :-) My motivation was to get fit and healthy! Even I have always been somewhat skinny (depends how you talk too) I was healthy by no means. I ate TOTAL crap every day...I wanted to change. So I did and I committed to doing P90X. It become more then just a workout/nutrition program to follow. It was a total lifestyle change for my wife and I. I hope you have a wonderful day and thanks again for the comment!

  • Great job! Way to bring it!

  • @enjoythewildUSA Thanks for the kind words! Hope you have an awesome day and keep pushing play with P90X!

  • Thanks for the Add request as you can see from my videos I'm a Beachbody Coach as well. Unlike you who built yourself up I had to tear myself down. I was 275 lbs when I started and at the end of the first round I lost 90 pounds so I ended up weighting 185 and have since lost another 10 pounds . Awesome results.

  • @wyildcard My pleasure buddy and thanks for the kind words! Wow...GREAT job!!!! That is incredible results you've had with P90X! Keep up the awesome work!

  • Bro You are now ready to go train 2 muscle groups a day. and become bigger. btw you need to eat more man. in 2 years your a beast

  • @MangaMontana Thanks buddy!

  • I wouldnt say you were skinny before, bit of a fatty in that beach photo. but awesome results, work those legs though :p

  • @ithinksasukeiscool lol...Thanks...I think! :-) Compared to a lot of people I was somewhat "skinny." Thanks buddy!

  • Nice change but join a gym and get more mass

  • @IgitRdie Thanks for the comment! Nahhh I'm good. I could do that with P90X if I wanted too. I'd just need to get heavier dumbbells! :-) Have a good one buddy and thanks again!

  • first of all your results are great! me and some buds did the program in preparation for baskeball season for our senior year. we had to cut short after a month though bc weight training and practice left no room, or energy, for p90x. but ive graduated now and looking to get back in shap so im startin again. i wanted to ask you if you did the diet program as well and if you did what program do you think works best. thatnks.

  • @BCof116clique Thanks for the kind words! You should start P90X again! I used the Nutrition Guide to figure out how many calories that I needed each day, and they I basically followed a high protein, healthy eating plan. Message me if you want to know more about the eating plan I followed...I'd recommend doing the P90X Classic version. Let me know if you have any other questions about P90X! Have a good one!

  • daamn, great job! :D

  • @shenkeey Thanks buddy!!!

  • @trek2befit you inspired me to go back to training (i havent trained for 2 weeks, which is pretty dumb, because it got out of my system) so thankss:)

  • @shenkeey It happens to all of us so I understand! I appreciate the kind words, and it truly is my pleasure. Have a good one buddy!

  • time to put some muscle on mang. P90x is not going to do that.

  • @jasonjinx Thanks for the comment! Oh P90X can do it! :-)

  • @jasonjinx you my friend are right...P90X wont do it for you... you have to want it and put effort into p90x and then p90x will show u the results that you earn..try doing p90x and you will step into a new level bro...it really works but like i said in order for that to happen you must show dedication and how much you really want it

  • @manchi7

P90x will get you ripped and tighten you up but you wont make any huge gains. You have to progressive overload train with deadlifts, squats, curls, barbell rows, and incline chest presses. You want more muscle you have to give your body a reason to make it and that is to lift heavier and heavier....hence the word progressive

  • @jasonjinx that i cannot denied but you have to realize that many people do not want to obtain that much mass...some people like me want to be just average with a six pack and try to keep it without gettin so huge

  • @jasonjinx

Agreed. I am going for the natural built look but not the zangif look from street fighter 2...lol

  • keep up the good work - but dont forget if you retire all those muscle will become flabby and wobble when you walk

  • @72ve17 lol...Yea I don't plan on retiring anytime soon so I don't think I'll have to worry about that for a while! Thanks for comment buddy! Have a good one!!!

  • It's impressive where you got to in 5 months, well done.

At the beginning of the video I wouldn't call you skinny exactly, you had some meat on you. I'm 6"1 and 140 lbs, which I'd consider skinny-- I have no muscle almost due to genetics.

Of course don't let me deter you from how awesome you did, it's more of an inspiration to see how far someone can come in 5 months! This I want to check out once I get my cardio up.

    Great job :)

  • @cjk100000 Thanks buddy! I'll be the 1st to admit that I had a little chub around my midsection back then! :-) P90X helped me to get rid of that though! Yea P90X is an awesome program that you should try out. If I can help you in any way, please let me know. Have a GREAT day!!!!

  • Dude, you look great. Thanks for the friend request. You couldn't hide those abs even if you tried. Me and my sister are about to start round one (again).

  • @Stockpile1 My pleasure...Thank you for the kind words!! lol...Yea I was pretty pumped with my P90X Results. Congrats for committing to start P90X again. Just stick with it no matter what and do you best!!! Have a good one buddy!

  • Wow. Those are really good results!

I pretty much look like you when you started off -- Skinny (with a bit of a round stomach), but totally unhealthy. My thing is that I'm jogging for about 2 months to build up the cardio and after that, I guess go for some other routines to build abs and such. I've seen this P90x and I like it, but I'm almost sure it is way out of my price range. Although, I stopped by to say that this video is win. Awesome job! :D

  • @drfeelgud88 I appreciate the kind words and for the comment! Us skinny guys have to stick together! :-) P90X is an awesome program and it's definitely something worth saving your money up for. Once you do a few round of it you can intermix it with other programs which is what I'm doing. Have a good one buddy and thanks again!

  • Nice work buddy, Thanks for the friend request.

  • @20hobbsie My pleasure! Thank YOU for the comment!!! Are you doing P90X? Hope you have an awesome day!

  • @trek2befit Yeah check out my video I jus tmade it last week or so. DO your BEST forget the REST!

  • @20hobbsie Nice! I'll definitely check it out!! Keep pushing play!!!!!!

  • Wow nice stuff man! Great transformation! I've been wanting to start INSANITY but to family complications i havent been able to :(

Really happy that P90X does work if we all just give a little bit and give a bit more every day to be the ppl we wanna aspire to be. Coolstuff dude keep it up!!

  • @jozilife Thanks buddy! Yea Insanity is an awesome program. My wife and I are finishing up the last week of Insanity. We'll then be doing our P90X Insanity Hybrid which we are really excited about.

That is soo true what you said. I really appreciate your comment and I hope you have a wonderful day!!!

  • great video, now you better comment on my videos or else i'll ignore your future messages!

  • @pedrotime lol. Thanks!!

  • @pedrotime AMEN!

  • great results! are you still doing P90X now or have you started a different program?

  • @TheAustinBetty Thanks for the kind words! My wife and I are actually doing the Insanity program right now. Once we finish that (which will be in about 2 weeks), we are going to do a P90X Insanity Hybrid. That's where we will replace the P90X cardio with Insanity workouts. We're very excited to workout with Tony Horton again!

  • Great results man! keep it up

  • @Swilliam127 Thanks buddy! Are you doing P90X yourself?

  • @Swilliam127 P.S. I accidentally replied to your comment asking if you're doing P90X when I had signed in to a different Gmail account that I had for Google Analytics...

  • I would also guess that your indomitable will to succeed also played a part, as without the will to succeed any dream is dead. Well done. Be Cosmic in all you do ...

  • @cosmicordering1 Very well said and you are exactly right! Having the will to succeed played a HUGE role in me succeeding with P90X. I really appreciate the comment and I couldn't have said it better myself! Have a good one!

  • I got 5 weeks into P90X before I had to stop for one minor reason and one major reason.Minor...my lower back problems flared up again, and the major reason was...I have 4 DVD players...and not one would play any of the scratched up P90X dvd's that arrived in said condition, plus the pullup bar sucks ass!Rickety, awkward, poorly put together it was.Congrads on your progress!Core synergistic's,ab ripperX, and plyometrics were amazing!I had new muscle strength where I never had it before!P90X works!

  • @killtroy811 Thanks for the comment buddy!! Yea you've definitely got to listen to your body so I think that was smart that you stopped. Where did you order your P90X dvd's? If you ordered from Beachbody, then you should have definitely given them a call. They've got awesome support and I know they would have sent out new ones if the dvd's came like that. Where did you order your pull up bar? Thanks for the kind words! Let me know if I can help in any way! Have an awesome day!!!

  • Hey Trek2befit, Great video of your progress! You are a superior team leader and many should follow you with either P90x or whatever Beachbody program fits them. Team Beachbody is an awesome company -and check out this coach! Change your lives and get on a program folks, you'll be glad you did!

  • @JoniHankin I REALLY appreciate the kind words! Are you doing P90X yourself or another Beachbody program Joni? I hope you have a GREAT weekend and once again thanks for the kind words and for the comment!

  • @trek2befit -I am about 25 days into TurboFIre and am watching my 'figure' change and melt, and tone, and my cardio become better than ever, which means my metabolism is going to keep me young, rather than slowing down and getting old.... I am way older than you. SO, your video inspires me! Have a great weekend yourself!! And a Merry Christmas!

  • @JoniHankin Congrats on your progress so far!! Keep up the AWESOME work! My wife and I just got TurboFire as well, but haven't had a chance to try it out yet. We're doing Insanity right now and we should finish the beg. of January..Once we finish Insanity we're going to do a P90X Insanity Hybrid. If I can help you in any way please let me know. Also, keep me updated on your progress!

  • wow! Awesome transformation! great job :D

  • @JulianTheGuitarist Thanks for the kind words!! Are you doing P90X yourself right now? If so, what day are you on? Have a good one!!

  • I think Crossfit works the best, and it focuses on functional body movement rather than muscle isolation which p90x does. To me p90x works but it's not really practical if you want to use the strength. But Crossfit isn't for everyone, it's much more expensive and you need to learn a lot of technique if you actually want to benefit from it. Either way, congrats on the progress.

  • @FinnishCraig3 I've heard about Crossfit, but I personally haven't done it so I can't talk about my experiences with it. Have you done a full 90 days of P90X? Everyone is different so you've got to do what's best for you. P90X has definitely worked for me and I can't wait to do my P90X hybrid in Jan. I appreciate the kind words and the comment buddy! I hope you have a GREAT day!!!

  • can u pls tell me yuor old and new weight and heigh pls.

  • @MORDEKAIZ Thanks for the comment buddy. I'll send you a link to my blog with the info. Have a good one!

  • Good thing you have made a right decision for yourself. Now you got a great result and more confidence for yourself...

  • @weightloss01 Thanks for the comment! Yea, P90X whopped me into shape!

  • Awsome video dude, Well done!

  • @muzicdejay Thanks buddy!!! I'm doing Insanity right now with my wife, but I'm pumped to get back to P90X. Should be starting P90X again in January!!

  • @trek2befit No worries dude! ive been searching for a program myself, not worked out for some time with one thing or another so really need get back in shape, Heard a lot about P90X hence how i came across your video! The results seem to be Awsome so Im defo thinking ill give this a try! Your results are really impressive fella!

  • @muzicdejay P90X is definitely an awesome program and it works if you stick with it! Also thanks again for the kind words. Let me know if I can help in any way and keep me updated on your progress if you start P90X!

  • Nice dude! I've gotten a lot bigger, but not really cut like that, guess I need to improve my diet (Taco Cabana gets me every time)

  • @2010euph I appreciate it buddy! We don't have any Taco Cabana's in our area, but it's probably a good thing we didn't since I love some Mexican food! Yea sticking with a healthy eating plan with P90X was prob. the hardest thing for me, but over time I actually ended up getting used to it and it became natural...

  • you got some great results, what was your favorite workout

  • @RetardHunter080 Thanks! I'd have to say that my favorite P90X workout was the Chest and Back DVD. It's filled with a ton of very simple yet VERY effective exercises. Have you done the program or about to start?

  • @trek2befit yup, I started it back in August. The chest and back would kill me because of all those push ups, and I hated push ups but, I would have to agree with you it was really effective. My favorite DVD was plyometrics, that really helped me out.

  • @RetardHunter080 Nice! That's funny that our favorite and least favorite P90X workouts are opposite. P90X Plyometrics was originally my least favorite workout since I sucked at cardio and had no endurance. After 2 rounds of P90X though I started getting better at plyo and I don't dislike it as much anymore. :-) Keep me updated on P90X results!!!

  • great dude :) i mean you realy put in good work to get ripped,

i didnt do it with px90, just hard work in the gym, supplements helped me alot

shame i didnt video my progress,

    anyway nice work ;)

  • @24Slexani Thanks, i appreciate the kind words regarding my P90X results! You've definitely got to do whatever works for you, so great job too! Hope you have a great weekend!

  • I've just ordered it, looking forward to starting my p90x journey

  • @SimonSilva01 Congrats Simon! Keep me updated on your progress with P90X!

  • @DarkCrimsonAlien I though it was good...I've got guitar hero too, but I suck at it! :-) Have a good one!!

  • @DarkCrimsonAlien My bad, my bad! :-) lol!

P.S. if that was you playing the guitar on expert on your Channel, you got so MAJOR skills! Props to you! :-)

  • Good results man.. did you use any supplements ? would u tell us about ur diet plan ? good luck n keep it up!

  • @joe83alone I appreciate it buddy! Yes I did use some supplements. I used a Whey Protein Powder, the P90X Recovery Drink, and my last round I started using Shakeology. For the most part I followed the Nutrition Guide that came with P90X, but I also used a lot of the recipes from the Abs Diet (book by David Zinczenko). As long as you take in enough calories, and eat a high protein clean diet you'll get awesome results. Message me here on YT if you have any questions or I can help you in any way!

  • @DarkCrimsonAlien Thanks buddy! Have a GREAT day!

  • Geez man! You are a beast! Keep it up! I'm highly motivated in the X but you give me even more mojo! thanks bro!

  • @rbarton80 I appreciate it lol! I'm doing Insanity next starting today so I can get even more toned and ripped, and then it's time to add some size! I appreciate the kind words and keep up the awesome work with P90X yourself!

  • Nice video... I gave up on this long time ago haha... I guess I'll keep being a huge tanned hispanic guy full of muscle yet not much definition haha

  • @mhrf90 It's never too late to re-start it again buddy! If you're a bigger guy, then you could get ripped! Thanks for the comment, and please don't hesitate to let me know if I can help you in anyway!

  • great results! Im on week 5 and im loosing motivation! its bad. I cheated all this week and im on the verge of giving up. But im starting to find some inspiration looking at videos. Take a look at mine and leave a comment if yu have the time. I Subscirbed!

  • @FacelessCoach Thank you! Definitely don't give up!!! Think back to why you started P90X...What are you goals and reasons for wanting to do the program? Look back at your before pictures, and keep watching videos that are helping to inspire you. You've gotten so far, so make next week THE week that you push harder than you ever have. Keep pushing play and let me know if I can help in any way.

  • good work

  • @UnnamedAssaliant I appreciate it! Where are you at in your P90X journey?

  • @trek2befit

I'm trying to start back up...since I'm still in school I kinda lost track. I HATE MID TERMS

  • @UnnamedAssaliant Yea I agree mid-terms suck and they aren't fun! You'll get through them though! You should definitely start P90X up again. Let me know if I can help in any way!

P.S. I love your videos. They are freakin hilarious!

  • GOOD JOB, am on phase 2

  • @187MIAMIBOY Thanks! Congrats for getting to Phase 2 of P90X! Keep giving the workouts 100% and let me know if I can help in any way.

  • @Odio Thanks man! I appreciate it. You CAN and you WILL get through all 90 days of P90X! Just keep doing whatever it takes to get the workouts done. Thanks again, and keep pushin play!
