Sorry to say this guys but Kimberly and Burke are dead. In an Easter egg in final destination 3 you can see a newspaper article that says that Burke and Kim got caught in a woodchipper. Burke is my favorite character too and I hate the thought of him slowly and painfully getting eaten by a woodchipper.

i think its non canon though. the producers just like to play around with the DVD version of FD3 making viewers think that there are no survivors from FD2. as long as people dont see them die on screen they are considered alive i guess.anyways Fd1 and Fd 2 are the best in the franchise. Fd3 and Fd4 turned out to be a Death Porn.
