Funny Ricky said it's 'As Good As It Gets' too as Ghost Town, although I haven't seen it, sounds and looks very familiar in terms of the rom-com aspect of it to As Good As It Gets, which also happens to star Greg Kinear!
A grumpy, self-obsessed, private, middle-aged man who gets pushed into being nice and ends up in an unlikely romance. It's basically exactly the same!
