So my neighbor felipeanjel just told me how he started dunking, he s not even as tall as me but leaps over 9 inches higher! So he followed the program over at "50inch vertical (dot) com" and increased over 16 inches in his vertical leap!
felipeanjel I'm 5 10 and I am able to reverse 180 dunks. Honestly, anyone can do it, just follow the right training program. I followed the program at "50inch vertical (dot) com" but any program could be followed if you know they generate results
