Nah. Heathcliff and company were troublemakers but they had limits. Heathcliff wouldn't hurt a girl and would defend those who couldn't defend themselves; he usually only messed with those with a chance (even if minor) of challenging him, or if he wanted to get a good snack and someone stood on his way.
