@JESSE75946 If you ask me, both changing the name to WWE from WWF and switching to Spike tv hurt the company somewhat. 2002-2003 was also pretty much where Stone Cold and The Rock were done being regulars. That whole WCW Invasion angle didn't turn out so well either so the company suffered on that front. They started toning down the violence around then as well, too many people getting hurt unnecessarily.

Seriously we will not get back to the old wwf attitude era days. The attitude music will always stay at the top. Screw the brand extension for killing the attitude era off because that is what cause wwe to go downhill and not exciting. Today, it made wwe wrestling look like some sort of soap opera.
