I remember Katyn massacre very well same as other massacres. Communism was hell for us and for the world. i also heard that giving NK food is NOT HELPFUL at all, since the gov only feed their solders and gov. officials with it. so they get more power, and prohibit common folks from having their own farms, and selling/exchaning their goods in black markets. before, when SK didn't help them, the NK government was too poor to feed their soldiers and officials, so it was harder to control the common folks from having their own farms/contributing to black markets, and so they were able to eat properly
