No it has 2 power buttons,you have to press both at the same time.

Hi All. Corbin Das here. Thanks for posting the video Kit. I'm extremely happy with how the KP turned out. I'm not through weathering it yet, but even so, it's a work of art that I intend on showing off for many years to come. The MHS double saber was well received at the convention as well. It's great to be able to play with these things for a living.

thats is the best lightsaber iv ever seen it has the brightes light and it even tell u the battery level..thx for sharing this kit..im very glad i seen it...ur new hair cut soots u
