@Howerization Better thinking.. it could be the bigger Chief model (Chief's head on the fender) but.. though the Girder fork, it differs from the girder type that on Chief had been used. Better picture would help, anyway Chief had huge fenders at the time. Lemme say it's Indian "(Sport) Scout Chief" - then one of the type names fits
