Along with Ellroy, Self presents one of the most engrossing and honest encounters for readers.

@TheDensley7, I thought he was an interesting character, surprisingly articulate. I've always liked his persona so I thought he was a good bloke. A selection of his books were available at the venue, with a small discount on this new one.
