Looks great mate!! I used to love me mams scouse! As an Irish woman she made a hearty stew ..sans les cuisses de grenouilles, which my Papa préféré! :-)

Great recipie. A lot like a regular lamb stew.
I see the broken ankle didn't pose any problems. That I Walk Free crutch brace certainly does the job! No stupid crutches here!
