Well it worked when i had it but i stopped using it because I just rather go on the internet and check gmail

if u have XP is there a way to pin the shut down to the task bar?

Right click the task bar and select toolbars > quick launch. At the left side of your taskbar you will see an area with programs and all you do is drag and drop it in there.

in shutdown shortcut you dont need to put -t....put only shutdown -s xD

True, but the -t 00 is setting it to shut down instantly, if the -t 00 isn't there, it'll wait 10 seconds before starting the shutdown sequence.

For transparency, make sure your not using the windows 7 basic theme. Right click the desktop, personalize, windows color, then there is a little bar where you can choose the level of transparency. The dock is rocketdock.
