if there is a virus that you cannot get rid of even if u delete it in the recycle bin you can use a program called erase right install it and right click the virus/file and press erase and it should permanently delete it even cops cannot get it back... it works with me good luck.

Try using Rkill, Download Malwarebytes (or Spyhunter, but i recommend Malwarebytes), click on Quick Scan, make sure all of the Viruses are Selected, and there you go, the virus is gone. :)

I suggest downloading MalwareBytes Anti Malware, it is a very effective anti virus and can recognize a TON of viruses. Like MSE, Malware Bytes is updated with definitions and is a open public source, so viruses which are found will be updated to be cleaned by the program! I recommened getting this and it will clean any rogue programs, trojans, etc.
