  • ok, this guy has good technique so do exaclty what he is doing...try like i been doing just do a shitload with each leg whether its alternating legs each time u go up or just doing sets...JUST DO A SHITLOAD...serious just do a bunch of them and mix it all up and you'll get some good results...i hope it helps
