In Canada and the US now I believe a Psychological performance test is performed first before any surgery is considered. Plastic Surgery is dangerous. It is NOT a one time affair. You need to have regular touch ups done once every 5 years or so. The more older you get, the more noticeable plastic surgery will be as your skin losing elasticity - even more so in women where the problem is worse- and even worse for drinkers and smokers. If you dont get touch ups, your face will fall apart.

My brother in law is a plastic surgeon. He's a prick, but he did point out a couple of things on breasts implants. Newer breast implants are more more natural looking and they dont have the hard ridges. Natural bounce is a sure sign that the breasts are in fact natural. And she does has some bounce. Plus some girls are born with their breasts farther apart then the other. Symmetry is an issue to. More investigation is needed lol

I had plastic surgery fairly recently. Both for aesthetic and health reasons - crooked nose and narrow right nasal passage, both due to a childhood injury. I guess I'm okay with it, so long as it's done for corrective purposes, and not "enhancement" or "improvement". I love plastic surgery.. And I want to have a lot done.. I think that if it is possible to be a better version of your self you should be it.
I feel like my energetic inner does not match with my looks. Although i am not ugly, just fat.. So when I have lost all my weight, I will get a tummy tuck, breast lift with implants and more. But the only thing I want to do in my face is my nose, however if it is getting smaller due to weight loss it is ok. :)
