This is so cute! He/she looks so happy =D. Every dog deserves a good life and it makes me feel good to know that there's aid for handicapped dogs too. Just watched an Animal Planet TV-show "From Underdog to Wonderdog" -or something like that, and it too showed a happy puppy with a wheelchair =).
