  • Air Cousy!!! The Shoe!!!! All canvas!!!!

  • AIR COUSY!!!!! Play BELOW the rim!!!

  • wwww

  • he is one of the 6 legend in the NBA history.....

  • bob cousy is 1 of my favs though hes not from my time. it wld be awesome if u get some of his best shots plays lay ups like u did here and put the song perform this way as audio by weird al great vid

  • Cooz was the "Houdini of the Hardwood". As Red Auerbach said at Cousy Day: "There's Mister Basketball".

    WE LOVE YA COOZ!

  • Cooz!!!

  • Originator of showtime.

  • Now we know where Pistol Pete got his plays from!

  • He da truth

  • This stuff is just awesome. And he played in a time when traveling was not allowed at all. Notice when he dribbles he never turns the ball over in his hand like everyone does nowadays. Most guys playing now, if they went back in time, would get called for traveling or carrying the ball almost every time. The crossover move, as we know it today, would be palming the ball back then.

Just keep that in mind when comparing this to modern day basketball. His dribbling is just awesome.

  • Bob Cousy did some crazy shit with the ball. Wow, what vision.

  • Oh, and FWIW, it's "Houdini," not "Houdoni."

(But you probably already knew that. ; D )

  • Probably my favorite basketball player of all time. Cous was amazing, especially considering he was 'only' 6'1". He was poetry in motion. Thanks for posting this video

  • Bob Cousy set the standard for point guards, if you watch him play you will think that there is nothing he can'n do......A true legend, who deserves nothing but the respect, and a place in the history of sports.

  • I saw a bit of one of the legends games from '86 or something and Cousy could still play.

  • What a winner! Great court vision. The straddling of the half court line was hilarious. Cousy was a baaaaaaad brother!

  • Bob Cousy was one of the best show-men the NBA has ever seen. Bob was just so smooth and crafty. He invented the flashy style passing n dribbling in my opinion in the NBA. A great Floor General, a Excellent Ball Handler, An Incredible passer, and A TRUE WINNER. One of my favorite players. The Houdoni of the Hardwood INDEED. Love this video of one of the Greatest Basketball players ever. I agree, Bob style of play never gets old to me in any generation. An Outstanding point guard.

  • Amen. He was the original show man and point guard.

  • OF course you douche. He's 80.

  • no you fucker i mean when he was in his prime

  • Well duh. That was about 30 to 40 years ago. The game is different now lol. And so what if he played today? What was the point of saying that? He's better than you thats for sure. Ha.

  • That's the thing, his dumb ass doesn't know that for sure, and neither do you.

  • Duh!! The man is over 70!

  • How do you know that for sure? Bob Cousy is one of the best players of all time. Obviously you don't know shit about the game of basketball, since you're a faggot ass skateboarder. I hate you fuckin bitchass skateboarders that try to play ball, you all eat total shit on the court. Get the fuck out of here with your bullshit, Bob Cousy right now would woop your monkey ass you fuckin punk. Learn to show some respect before opening your fuckin shithole of a trap.

  • WTF are you talking about? How can he woop Jakeivia when he's 80. Omg. That was a long time ago..there's no 3 point line or anything. So if I were I'd shut up.

  • this sn is old as shit iv been playing bball everyday for like 3 yrs now you fuckin dumbass

  • Bobbie "The Pistol" Cousy was one of the greats...

He was like a father to me.

  • Bob Cousy has a great assist style like the late magician Harry Houdini. John Stockton of Utah Jazz is also a great point guard. Cousy and Stockton are both pure whites. I dont see white superstars anymore mostly from the Celtics since Cousy, Larry Bird, Kevin McHale, Bill Walton, Dave Cowens and John Havlicek rise to fame.

  • i wish more young people would watch cousy, he played great basketball

  • Amen
