This isn't the whole game Silent Hill 1, GameBoy games dosen't take more than 5-10MB.

So that is why the game dosen't have any gameplay, it would be to much size for just one little gamebot game.

I think this is the game a friend of mine was mentioning. Being a big SH fan, I was telling her facts and timelines and she mentioned that she played a japanese game, but however, that there were many differences. Part of me thought she was just lying to throw me for a loop, but I think this might be it. Does anyone in fact know if anything mentioned in here contradicts or further messes with what I thought to be true about Silent Hill, and Alessa?

There's no real need for them to do that, you can already buy it for $6 on PSN and play it on your PSP. Plus, the DS resolution is a lot smaller than that of the PS1, so they'd actually have to overhaul the game to make everything fit properly.
