@Drycandy It's an early version of Doug. And you're the idiot -- even the fucking dog is pretty much the same. Before the show debuted on Nick, it's creator licensed Doug's usage for USA commercials and Florida Grapefruit juice ads.
@jonnyveliky LOL I found a video on [adult swim]'s video site from Doug's "cameo" on RC. I thought they were going to rape my childhood, but it was actually funny.
A new version of Doug would be great, even as a 1 time thing for the 20th anniversary of the original 3 nicktoons. Maybe a live action movie like fairly oddparents but not as bad?
@jonnyveliky A Comedy Central adult version of Doug?! With all of the flashbacks, memories, 90's references, throw in a few double entendres and swears and you've got a Bluffington version of Family Guy!!! I'd watch that.
this is not doug idiot

Did Jim Jinkins really animate all these early Doug commercials from the late 80s/early 90s?

@vnisanianisback I think someone was asked that question and it sounded like he didn't necessarily animated these but he designed them none the less.

He was also seen in a few Florida grapefruit juice spots from the late 80s/early 90s...in fact, I just added one of them to my channel. :-)

@spindalis79 actually, that would kill the charm of the show

@jonnyveliky Nickeledeon actaully cancelled Doug in 1993. Not '94. Disney purchased the rights to the show in 1995.

I remember that! I totally forgot all about that little bumper.

If they did that & the show took place now, he would be 29 or 30 (30 or 31 in August).
