loving that you found wine-making (or vice-versa). loving your vibes, loving how you link it all up. wine-making is a very green thing to do ... waste less (or even nothing), stop freighting wine from half way round the world, or the other side of the country. you seem the sort that would know of transition towns. if not google it, right up your street! also you can use those berries again to make a lighter wine, like a rosé .. check out my blog

The most time consuming part is crushing the berries. For me it was picking them. lol
