I enjoy this video series and have begun to use snus. Unfortunately, swedish snus is not available without havin to order it with a credit card. So, I use Camel snus which is also pastuerized and not too bad. However, I did get a free sample pack of General snus and prefer it, but it is not easily avilable just yet. Here's hoping that the rest of us Americans catch up with he times.

hes right, both caffeine and nicotine have equally harmful effects on ur health, drink enough coffee and you get heart palpatations, use enough nicotine and you get hypertension, breath enough polluted air and you get lung cancer. Its all about the consumption method

Yes but ANYTHING in excess can be considered harmful.

What he's referring to is in moderation. Both nicotine and caffeine have been shown in MANY studies of which I would be glad to point you to, that not only are they not harmful in moderation but actually very beneficial.

snusar ca. 1-2 dosor i veckan. Men en sak jag stör mig på. Det är att man inte har så stor chans att få cancer av snus.. Men du kan få diabetes lättare då snus tär på bihålorna eller vad det heter. Och ni som snusar, ta en efter maten.. Perfekt säger jag bara.
