On rare occasion there is no over bill, for example Big Show currently at 7 foot is actually shorter than he is in his boots which makes no sense. It's hard to tell exactly but if she's 6'9", she would be taller than Kane, or Undertaker, as neither of them are 6'9" legit.

Also, standard doorways are 6'8", 6'9" and 7'. 6'2" or 6'3" is Triple H height, and she dwarfs him by rope comparison. Big Bossman was never billed 6'9" for any length of time, by any credible source. He was always billed 6'6" and stood around 6'4". A better comparison would have been Andre the Giant.

Typhoon ain't no 6'3", I met the guy and he's at least a high 6'4" minimum. Andre was a confirmed 6'9 3/4" at his death so he was definitely a little taller than that in his youth. Don't tell me to understand anything about "billed" heights because Typhoon was billed 6'7", Bossman was billed 6'6", Akeem was billed 6'9" as the One Man Gang as well, Bossman was never billed 6'9". Mideon was also billed 6'3" by WWE and he's every bit of 6'5". Typhoon said right to my face 6'5" while being billed thoroughly 6'7". Bossman still wasn't 3" shorter than Earthquake, about 1.5" max, he's well into Quake's forehead. Andre stopped growing taller by a normal age, the rest of his body didn't. Acromegaly doesn't make you taller throughout your life. The problems with the disease are when your organs become too large for your body. His spine definitely compressed over time.

If you take a look at my youtube page, you'll see I'm an indy wrestler in NJ, and it's not uncommon to meet names that way. 6'3" is simply outrageous and unrealistic.

She would not be billed 7'5" at 6'9", she would likely get a 7' vague bill, or 6'11" at the least. Kane has one of the biggest overbills currently, at 6'7.5" getting the vague 7', but that's because he wore extremely large footwear when he first got there, and was made to appear taller than Undertaker, who's been billed 6'10.5" forever. Indeed that would make him at least a 6'11" bill by comparison, or a vague 7'. Kane was billed 6'10" as Issac Yankem, which is fair for 6'7.5"

It's obvious, just based on how much taller she is than the top rope, that she's no less than 6'6". The visual, undeniable fact that the top rope is at her waist shows that she can't be 6'3" because the lowest top ropes are 4' high. From waist to head would only need to be 30" for her to be 6'6". Even if she was only 6'3", less than 30" would be impossible.
