dammit, all the cool clothing stores are in new york.... i hate living in the atlanta suburbs..... and they got the crappy clarks.... the wallabee is where its atttt
Quality shoes my foot. Clarkes were quality when they were made in England. Now they're made in places like India and China. Another childhood memory ruined.
@AdamAus85 They're still quality shoes. Trust me. They are still designed in outside of Boston, MA and in England. Sure they may not be made in England anymore but you have to remember you would be paying about double the price if they were and trust me, you probably be complaining about the price then. They are still quality shoes. Nonetheless they are still family owned after 230 years so the knowledge of how to design a shoe and how to make a shoe hasen't fully gone out the window.
@TheMadStork83 Well the Clarks I've seen in the middle east are the most god awful ugly looking things around. But so are hush puppies over here, so maybe they're all counterfeit, I wouldn't be surprised. I'd be happy to pay actually. I happily put down 400/500 odd Australian dollars for RM Williams boots, if Clarks were still made in England I bet they'd be cheaper than that. It is good to hear they are still family owned though, I suppose.
@AdamAus85 Does the Middle East have anything good looking? The Unstructred line by Clarks is by far their best line to date. Soft leather that breathes easily, allows air circulation to keep the feet fresh, polyurathanes sole and much more. Average cost is about a buck-thirty.
honestly, the only good clarks are the wallabees, desert boot and trekks

Do clarks make shoes without leather? I don't buy leather products especially from China and India.
