  • Fantastic tune - such a sweet groove and a heavy vibes super stuff!!! :o)

  • Not 100% sure Jim, but probably was, I was roadie when the first album was recorded at Command Studios and the Europe gigs included one at Philipshalle in Dusseldorf, when an ex colleague of Eddie Kennedys walked off with the bands fee for the night.

  • Seem to remember Richochet being claimed as UKs first single released in Quad sound?? any confirmation out there. Think i lent it to Motts-Overend Watts loadsa years back. I roadied with Jonesy in UK and Germany for a while. Good Days!

  • @suepardoux Yes, Ricochet was the first quadrophonic single released in the UK. I wonder if you were a roadie when I was in the band (Jim, the drummer).

  • Small world....the lead guitarist John Jones and his brother Trevor were my neighbours in London. In fact Trevor introduced me to the Marquee Club. Their

    earlier band was Anno Domini.

  • fantastic.

  • This was a great track to release as a single, and it still sounds fine nearly 40 years later.A shame the band never took off, despite a residency at the Marquee club and numerous European tours with bands like Ten Years After, Atomic Rooster, Wishbone Ash etc.A great band live, I certainly enjoyed playing drums on this, their first album.A pity that this track fades in the middle of a great guitar solo.Happy days!

  • @crawfordderhounds: thanks for leaving a comment. i totally agree about the guitar solo ... great drumming as well. great sounds are timeless

  • Superb song and video.
