salam Bajia jee, i am really proud of you, such a great art of cooking!! , a real karachi urdu accent, modesty and not showing your face, all these attributes making you a gracefull personality. May Allah bless you and your family.
@Sausheaven bana bana ker tray main rakhti jao, jab eak layer lage to opper cling wrap laga ker ya plastic bag rakh ker aur layers lagati jao, main 4 to laga he leti hoon :) phir freezer main, raat tak jam jate hain to unheen bags main daal ker deep freezer main daal deti hoon
the 1st time i tried chappal kabab was the mezbaan brand from pakistan, made of chicken.. my husband and i love those.. unfortunately, we cannot eat beef, can these be made with chicken? if yes, can we follow the same recipe and technique?
they can be made with mutton, lamb or chicken. they have got no strong spice they truly hold the real taste of meat. thats what i like about them. good luck
@BROOKLYNBEAST226 - dried and crushed red chilli and coriander seeds 1 tbsp. 3/4 tspn salt. Mix it in 750g of mince. Blend 1.5 onions and 3 fresh chillli with half the mince. cut some fresh coriander and mix everything in a bowl. Make kebabs and cook them. :) Hope this helps
