  • lol... Agree!

  • Salaam Bhaji - My ammee always grilled them - they taste lovely like that...also Bhaji if I wanted to add egg do i put egg in to the blender at the same time as other ingredients or wait till all ingredients are blended and then add them???

  • It can be added at any time.

  • ah brilliant and so easy! However I remember that the traditional chapal kebab we got had both Anar dana and besan/chickpea flour added to them. I definitely think anar dana gives them another dimension.

  • Thanks for liking my recipe. I personally like it with only hara masala, crushed chillies, and crushed coriander only. It actually keeps the original taste of mince intact.

  • I love your cooking. Your one of the most authentic cook out there. Thanks for all the delicious recipes.

  • Thank you for liking the recipes!

  • Love your cooking, but can you please try to write ingredients in English? Thanks

  • Ok sure.

    Thanks for liking my cooking!

  • Hi Bajia

Your recipes are so easy and genuine. I made aloo qeema using your recipe and loved it! Thank you so much. I had been struggling with aloo qeema for seven years before trying your recipe.

Great work! Have you worked for a Pakistani channel? Or a magazine? You sound familiar somehow. Regards

  • So many questions  yes I worked for a channel. Qeemah is usually nice if its freshly made, ask your butcher to make it for you, bring it home and cook it straightaway. We often dont get it right because the meet here is not the same as Pakistan and India even chicken. Like lamba chicken shorbah with khara masala in Pakistan WAH our yahan miya gher se pakane pe nikal de :)

    Thanks for liking my pecipes.

  • I like your recipe they are very easy and simple thank you

  • Thanks for liking my recopies!

  • Some of the recipes were recorded for an int channel. Dont know how people located me and started asking me for the programs DVD those 2-3 programs went very popular. I did post DVD several times, recently I found a solution, you tube, that who ever asks me for DVD I will give them this address. I totally for got that you tube is open for every body  viewer started asking me for the other recipes and here I am :)

Never had any idea about this out come:) as usual always running 

  • Zabardast, kya app yeh sab personal karti hai yah kesi tv show k liye?

  • I have never seen tomatoes in chapel kebab. Might change the taste. You can try. I dont know where they came from. I will ask mum.

  • no tomatoes? how come? this is like peshawari chappali kabob right?

  • True! Try

  • Nice kebab recipe, simple flavours, good snack food.

  • 3/4th KG

  • I'd like to try this recipe... how much keema are you using in your video? Thanks.
