Good demo! Page used and EP-3 not an EP-1. ClinchFX EP-Pre makes a great reproduction of the Echoplex pre-amp which gives Page that tone. Good alternative if you don't want to spend for an Echoplex.
He used it on "Down By The Seaside" didn't he? or that's my clueless guess anyways. What an amazing piece equipment that echoplex is, one of my favorite guitar tracks is "King Of The World" and the echoplex just gives it a fucking incredible sound. Cool post man.

Thanks so much! I've seen pictures and i could make out the MXR Phase 90 and the "bell" and i always thought it was some kind of marker lol didnt think it was significant until now and the speeds were adjusted just by moving the lever no?
