Hello, i am a professional when it comes to reading hands. I see very unique marks on your hands but i also see very sinful ones. The best way to clean your hands so you can start all over with your book (your life) is to put peanut butter on them, then lick it off. After that u may wash them. Start ur whole life over dear there are more sinful events in your hand then good ones. :)
I have seen the video and I will send you a Personal message in the next few days with the full details. From what I have seen so far, you have some rare markings on your hand that don't come about that often, and some very interesting marks. Nothing to worry about.
