Normally, when teaching sleight of hands, teaching by on-the-shoulder-view will be much more better than the front view, as we are all holding the cards in hand and trying to follow the sequences. :-)

I think he just messed up his 190 helix cut again... You're not meant to go top portion, bottom portion, grab top portion, pivot middle, pivot top, and slap on very top portion, it messes up the middle. You're meant to do the opposite of what he did, so you have two packets in one hand, grab the very top portion in your original hand and then pivot it from the bottom up to retain 100% of the deck's order.
