This band just rocks. Jani is much better here than in Sonata. When Jani left the band Sonata's style disappeared leaving a fucking shit behind. You cannot compare Silence and Unia. This band recued some of the old Sonata's spirit because Tony Kakko doesnt want it anymore!

The vocalist (Timo Kotipelto) Is the vocalist of stratovarius since 1994 duh!, and he got fired in 1998 (Then rejoined to straovarius in 2008) to make POLARIS, and now Elysium. come on his voice is ONE OF A KIND, How you didn't recognized him.

Jani is the best guitarist ever, the new sonata album is good, but not Sonata anymore... the old style was way better, I'm Glad that Jani Rocks on \m/ !!!

This is alright, but cant be compared to sonata arcticas newest album. Much more quality, Tony is a much better vocalist. And the songs are a bit slower, has changes throughout their songs in tempo that makes them great, a big step forward for SA. I think these two bands have different type of style now to be directly compared to each other.

I still prefer Sonata. Elias is a way better playe rin my oppinion beccause I think he has more "feeling". And you people need to understand that sonata was almost forced to change their musical style due to new age music lovers.

@gerrraw You're really mature ^^ if you were smart, you'd see it was my opinion. everyone has their own opinion. What you should know, is that Jani composed very few songs in Sonata. And you want me to prove he has no feeling? Look at the video where he does a duet instrumental with Syu. Syu has an enormous amount of feeling, while Jani sits the re like a robot sweeping. Elias is comparable to Syu feeling wise. I'm not saying Elias is a better guitarist, just that he has more feeling.
