Thank you very much for this video. We had the same exact problem and I believe it's now solved. Once I pushed the tubing thru the hole the water went straight down. It looks like we both have the same crummy fridge too! hahaha. I hate the shelves in this freezer. They never stay straight in place. Thanks again! Great video!
@rbnsandoval GREAT! Nice way to start the New Year!! May it be a year in which you are able to find solutions to most of Life's dilemmas. Have a Happy one!
Thank you very much for your posting! I couldnt figure out where the water was coming from until I viewed your video. I really appreciate your taking the time to post this. THANK YOU
This worked beautifully - THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!. If I had not seen your video I would have called a repairman having to take off work and pay at least a $75 visit charge and an hours work when it only took me approx 30 min. THANK YOU!
@hollypoland Thank you. When I discovered how to do it I thought, in spite of my disastrously messy kitchen I had to get it out there. Was this video hard to find or was anything missing in instructions I gave do you think? I can still add words to it if I need to or search tags. Thanks. I love that it helps someone else.
@jlaw8444 I hope that it worked for you. I also used a little soapy water to rinse it through and clean it out. My freezer did not have a cap over that hole but most propably did. Did you get the water draining into the pan???
Thanks ! ! !

this will not work if the water is fed onto a condensate tray heated by the compressor.

It is recommended to blow compressed air (if available) in the hole after the water cleaning. Thanks for posting.
