Thank you very much for this video. We had the same exact problem and I believe it's now solved. Once I pushed the tubing thru the hole the water went straight down. It looks like we both have the same crummy fridge too! hahaha. I hate the shelves in this freezer. They never stay straight in place. Thanks again! Great video!

@hollypoland Thank you. When I discovered how to do it I thought, in spite of my disastrously messy kitchen I had to get it out there. @jlaw8444 I hope that it worked for you. I also used a little soapy water to rinse it through and clean it out. My freezer did not have a cap over that hole but most propably did. Did you get the water draining into the pan???
