Instead of getting a place to host your proxy you could just use Toonel from toonel.net. You just run the java file and setup firefox with the ip and port that's given in toonel and it does all the tunneling for you.

@EPICTECH300 go to a webmail website it will prompt for philising filter settings if your school is using ie7 or 8 then left click it then reset browser and restore advance settings / then restart your ie 7 or 8 then go to conections and put in a proxy you know works you could try a cmd switch vbs so you can go in to cmd greets tq
