What I meant was, once a woman is lean (lean for a female), then that's as far as she'll EVER get without drugs or surgery. NO amount of lifting weights or forcing down protein will get her/you a body like Oksanas or the females you see on the right of your screen WITHOUT DRUGS. @fionaxp Lol, you must be new to fitness/bodybuilding. Let me help you out: You can eat anything you want and still be under 8% bodyfat while on steroids/hgh. There is no such thing as "not ready yet" when it comes to using said drugs. People that talk about "building a base first" are full of crap. Females can't build "bases" without drugs, so whatever lifting you're doing now (without drugs) is a big waste of time. You're as lean and muscular now as you're ever going to get without drugs. Hth.
