  • The wolf is like, "lady just let me play with that dog

  • You don't train a timber wolf, a timber wolf trains you.

  • i wonder

when do animals become exotic ?

is there like a list ?

  • that lab @ 1:34 is like "get me the fuck outta here!!"

  • i would love a tiger ikik its stupid but seriously if u tame it and it gets breeded like dog i know it cant happen but if it had the attack style of a rottweiler trained and someone attacked me and that tiger walks up the thug would probably haul ass out of there

  • um i have a wolf mix and he acts more like a golden retriver of gentleness idk why is that and he has never shown any aggresion toward anybody is there a way i can show him how to protect my home? hes to gentle i need him to be able to protect because were i live there alot of roberries

  • you cant treat a wolf like a dog,

  • that wolf look mostly like the greman shepherd in the vid

  • I liked this video showing what can be accomplished with a wolf-like dog. My friend had a wolf-hybrid who was quite impressive, but not very playful. Similar to my dog Muttley. I think there are varying degrees of wolf behavior in all dogs, and the reverse also is true. Your blog on dominance supposedly debunked was very good. I also like the information provided by Shaun Ellis who lived with wolves, and Leyton Cougar of Wild Spirit Wolf Sanctuary. And wolfDOTorg. I'm also a CM fan.

  • now do a hyena

  • @TheAruka21 Oh, wow. I didn't know that!

  • Looks like a German Shephard. :P

  • @Viperclan2 thats because german shepards were bred down from wolves. back in the day people wanted the strength and ferocity of a wolf but the obedience of a dog. it took years to perfect the breed. i read all this somewhere but i dont remember where lol its pretty interesting

  • @4SilverShade not true

  • I want one

  • @panfishmaster1 i think its a wolf dog.

  • @JoshuaXiong100 You've live there all those years and your family never bothered to learn the language properly?

    Typical but also pathetic....

  • @JoshuaXiong100 "fucken ugly English accent." HAHAHA

its "fuckin" or "fucking" and you're calling me an accent?

Learn to use the language before you try to insult me, you retarded orphaned crack baby : )

  • @JoshuaXiong100 next time use a better translator for your broke ass...

    Okay, made in china?

  • Scrawny looking wolves in the vid almost as sad looking as the L.A. zoo. Not only should they not be recommended for pets they shouldn't even be used for what your doing either. Your a lousy Wolf owner ! And there is no such thing as a good one. I've seen them in the middle of Washington state in the mountains near creeks. They are so much bigger and healthier left alone ! All you do is make money off of them one way or another. I hope you get tore up by one soon !

  • where can i get a wolf???? i want one so bad! best pet ever

  • @bluesmiles77 go in the wild and find a pup

  • Wolfs are much loyal than a dog. i had once a wolf it was awesome. but when he use to fight with other dogs it was impossible to stop him.

  • @MrGto125

    you never own shit...

  • @TheThruth27

yep i never own u (shit)

  • i know it isnt recommended, but i wish it was possible to have one of these as a pet. Its just so badass, however im not stupid enough to try it. Itd be awesome though

  • Is it a real wolf?

  • Impressive considering I've heard wolf ancestry lends itself to be extremely difficult to train, nevermind just co-exist with. If anyone looking for a "pet" here thinks they can get a wolf or hybrid and it's going to act like a dog is going to end up on that Animal Confessions show as someone who was attacked by their "pet". Idiots. well done on the work. Interesting to see the hybrid at play with the lab, seems like a dominant (or domineering haha) gal to me, but behaves better than my dog :)

  • holy shit................i...want...a...wolf

  • buvrf

  • is not a wolf ofcoursee

  • Hello , I just wonder you said that we don't buy Dogs from pet store , but ..from where should we buy a proper dog ? please I need an answer

  • @MrHlestakov

AKC.org has a breeder listing of reputable breeders.

  • @MrHlestakov

You can look up certified breeders in your area or adopt, many shelters actually have pure bred dogs that are beautiful and loving, its just they've been dealt a bad hand in life. Buying from pet stores means you are buying a "Puppy Mill" victim, where the mother is often left neglected and is only kept a live to breed more pups for profit....many of these dogs breed until they die. Buying pups from pet stores actually funds these people to continue doing this.

  • I say hybrid. The lack of a white face and the fact she looks like a lanky dark sable German Shephard in some shots makes me think she's part GSD. But her eyes, lanky legs and super bushy tail are very wolf-like. What a beautiful creature! I wish I had it what it takes to work with such beautiful animals.

  • is the wolf stronger than the stronger dogs like pitbull and so

  • is the wolf stronger than the strong dogs like pitbull and so

  • Do you train hunting dogs as well? I´ve got 2 German Hunt Terriers, and they are well trained and obidient. I don´t have to raise my voice, they even listen to the scratch of my fingernails. Nice vids. Keep it up.

  • i would never get a wolf for a pet. its too much work for me.

  • Do you guys have any Akita Videos?

  • just get a husky dog instead

  • @Hackiesacker007 Malamutes are larger and stronger.

  • @SlenderTroll malamutes were bred not to attack nor guard

  • @AltarOfThoughts Neither were huskies. Huskies were bred to help pull sleds.

  • she is unusual big for a wolf.wolves are usually smaller even than german shepherds

  • @Pdgermanshepherds,

No, wolves tend to be much more narrow and lighter/lean- but they are usually much taller with longer legs then a GSD.

  • Plus a larger skull. In truth it depends on the subspecies of the wolf. There are some that are around the size of a border collie and others which are the size of the largest dog breeds. But in general the head of a wolf is by proportion larger then that of any domesticated dog.

  • she quite large , i never thought they are these big !!!

  • she looks like my german shepherd

  • Dogs have been domesticated and bred specifically to work with humans for thousands of years. They typically guard their owners body should they die in the home and refuse to allow anyone near their owner. Cats have been domesticated for far fewer years. They will begin to eat the owners body should they die. Wolves have not been thoroughly, nor consistently, domesticated.

I love Cheetahs. Doesn't mean I'd bring one into my home. -.-

  • So this person did an illegsl crime with a wolf?!?!

  • I'm glad the owner of the video is stating he doesnt encourage the ownership of wolves and hybrids, Canadian timber wolves are endangered and protected by law, purchasing one is illegal as well and youre supporting the third biggest illegal crime ring in the world, exotic animals, it seemed like the video was getting the wrong attention

  • does this work with hellhounds?

  • Beautiful! We have a full blooded Minnesota Timber wolf and she is just perfect! We also have a 3/4 wolf/husky mix and he is the sweetest dog we have ever had :)

  • Это не волк, а дворняга. Тупые американцы. Серая авчарка)

  • long night at the bar indeed.. lol

  • i have a pet fox and wolf :D back in peru though =] if you train them they can be friendly

  • why train with a wolf?

BECAUSE ITS A MUTHA FUCKIN WOLF

  • Yay

  • shit i got a 15/16 timber wolf the smarts dog ever he will shit in the house a get a bag to cover it up lol and when he take a shit out side and a car drive by he shit but hold his foot up like he is peeing lol the best dog ever

  • thats great

  • i thought it was a dog. how can you tell it is a wolf or a dog??

because i dog that is taller and bigger than that wolf.

  • They're huge.

  • ...in first when that other dog run in, i thout its feeding dog that is for food for wolf xDDDDD

  • That is not a pure bred wolf. His tail curves upwards. Wolves' tails do not curve.

  • Oh and your wife is hot !

  • i think what these guys are doing is amazing but to be honest the wolf should be in the wild in a pack with other wolves not being trained by humans

  • Looks like a wolf dog (Timber wolf- German Shepherd). Beautiful and trained very well!!

  • listens well great training

  • it looks just like a german shepard. Is it one of the breeds that makes a shepard?

  • Why train a wolf? Because you just don't get the same thrill training something you might stand a chance against in a fight.

  • K91dogtraining, I love your video and you hae done an awesome job with this wolf. However, I think you need to post and additional disclaimer/warning at the BEGINNING of your video about how owning wolves/wolfdogs is not recommended as well as how much time, effort and training it actually took to get this animal to that point. There are a lot of not-so-smart people out there thinking this wolf would be a great pet.

  • dude... i want one..

  • I would love a wolf!

WERE DID you get yours anyway?

  • Your wolf looks like a Giant German Shepherd. But She's beautiful.

  • Amazing how big they are!

  • amazing how well she can control the wolf with just her voice.

  • The white one is sooo afraid! She walks several times to the closed gate.

  • I cannot believe how big that wolf is

  • that "wolf" has to be part dog because wolves tails are always pointing downward and they never wag their tails...

  • @damamizblovinit Who told you that bit of nonsense? Of course wolves wag their tails. Maybe you just have depressed wolves in your area?

  • @damamizblovinit i assume its a wolf hybrid... timber wolves are protected here in canada because theyre so rare, you couldnt take one and ship it south without being arrested or even possess one without owning a zoo or wildlife reserve, i lived here in the woods all my life, and i never even seen one, thats how rare they are

  • @damamizblovinit They wag their tail when hunting and rallying.

  • i think it is great considering my dog just loves humans but doesnt cooperate well with other dogs and i would of expected a wolf to just turn and bite

  • there giants!

  • Wow, it's almost like the wolf is a dog. is that such a surprise? Although the Labrador seems to be in two minds as far as playing/running for my life goes...

  • I come from canada personally and wolves are so rare here, ive even lived in the backwoods most of my life and frankly someone importing a canadian timber wolf to america seems like a bit of a crime, it obviously isnt but given how close to extinction they are, i sure hope this handler is one in a thousand thats able to do this, unless its a hybrid thats like 1/10 shepherd ive heard of those as well, which would make it legal

  • My upmost respect for your great work!

  • i want a wolf! thats badass. How and where did you guys get a wolf you can train? ahah.

  • Dude if you trained that wolf to be a hunting companion..

  • i wana pet wolf >.<

  • i wana wolf >.<

  • oh and i forgot to say all animals can be trained but i think some have more tendancies to be aggressive. I think wolves could be more agressiive cuz of instinct. but would it be the same if u breed them? could u breed the aggressive streak out? and if so it wouldnt be really gone would it?

  • @TheRivalConcept thats domestication, it takes years and wont happen with one animal, you would have to breed it, its childen, their children and so on and so fourth, carefully, If you want to read more about that i belive in russia they are working on the silver fox and have been at it for about 50 years or so, anyways look how long dogs took =)

  • i thought in many countries its illegal to own wolves. Am I wrong bout this? I know u can own them if u work at zoo, or something like that, its like dingos here in AUS...its illegal in most places

  • @TheRivalConcept its not a federal thing in the U.S but its a state and county thing. I belive with a breeders permit you can own them if bought from a breeder and properly vaccinated (just like any dog although the resrictions may be tighter)

  • @Elfblade619 i'm getting THREE! i'm getting a large farm soon. so i lucked out. lol

  • @Elfblade619 get a tamaskan dog then. They look almost exactly like wolves, but they have no wolf in them so they won't just eat you in your sleep.

  • @zoids180140 huahahahhahahahaha

  • @Elfblade619 This video is not meant to encourage anyone to pursue owning a wolf as a pet. I can not stress enough how much it is NOT recommended.

  • @k91dogtraining im wondering wat dog to get i want a dog thats loyal respectfull and is easy to train oh and i want it to bite but not like hard is a goldenretreive good? or could u give me like dog names

  • @k91dogtraining i want a dog thats loyal respectful easy to train and it bites but not hard is a golden retreiver good

  • @k91dogtraining What abotu the Tamaskan dog? They are a mixture between German shepherds and huskies, but look almost identical to wild wolves from constant breeding through generations.

  • @k91dogtraining lol

  • @k91dogtraining i grew up with pure wolves. mom and dad bread them and we gave the puppys away so no it was not money making more of keeping the wolf alive. we never had a problem with them. they was the best pet/guard dogs.

  • @k91dogtraining I have family with some and they are tame

  • @Elfblade619 you have to be 100% spot on with their training, otherwise they become a nightmare and end up being euthanized due to stupid human errors

  • I want ten wolves, I'd be invincible with ten wolves.

  • @RevMeTurk 9 surely, but should any one man be entrusted with the power of ten wolves?

  • I've petted a wolf. They're so fluffy! @Elfblade619

  • I wonder how she would play with a Turkish Kangal...ha...just kidding.

  • what are wolfs mixed with cause the wolf looks alot bigger than the dog

  • gorgeous wolf! very well trained - wish my gsd was that well trained :) kudos on the training

  • I had to get rid of my wolf becuse he kept turning into a man in the daylight.lol

  • I would love to see her do bite work.

  • wow she is big and beautiful! i think im in love lol however you may wanna say somewhere in the description that it's not a good idea to own one as a pet because you do have her so well trained it makes it look as easy as owning a dog which i am certain tat its not. How old is she and whats her name?

  • that gold dog seems totally scared of the wolf, not wanting to play at all even AFTER pooing lol.

  • woe....a wolf? ....cool

  • damn i want a wolf

  • omg a i want a wolf like this one so bad!

  • I didnt realise how big wolves were compared to domestic dogs!

  • @fishunter11 Lol they are bigger then coyotes haha but they are so adorable!

  • i live in london uk could i have a wolf dog hybrid?

  • Is that a hybrid? I heard before that wolves don't wag their tails and besides that it didn't really look full wolf. Whatever it is, it's absolutely gorgeous and great job training it!

  • i want one wolf my only command i will teach it : GET THE PIG

if u understand me u now what i mead

  • llol what the hell she cant stop sayin good girl..

  • thats is so sick...im totally impressed...wolve are wild animals...far from or domestic breeds and to see one so whilling and happy to obey commands blows my mind.... just goes to prove that with the right owner and k-9 can be a gentle family dog...just more prove that aggressive pit bulls are trained...or rather not trained by stupid owners.....SAVE THE BREED, SHOOT THE OWNER!

  • that wolf would make one hell of a guard dog

  • @jhobson1994 No wolves are horrible guard dogs theyd rather run and hide from a buglar then protect the owner. They are naturally shy and timid.

  • @APPLEHEAD2009 i beg to differ... if the burglar is attacking the owner, just about any wolf will defend his/her pack to the death.

  • @smileygriller,

HAHAHAHA! No. UNless that wolfdog is a lower content mixed with a guarding type breed like German Shepherd, you've got another thing coming. Wolves/wolfdogs may be pack oriented, but YOU are the alpha and they look to YOU to take care of problems. A bite or attack may happen only if that animal is cornered or provoked. Other then that, you can kiss your valuables and probably your life, good bye! And if you survived, a lot of carpet cleaning will probably need to be done

  • @wolfdogfostermom Well said Natasha :)

  • @APPLEHEAD2009,

Thanks, lol x_x I have a bad habit of going "on a rampage" lol

  • @smileygriller,

to removed the urine and feces from your floors because that "big bad scary wolf" like many of them do, has stressed so bad, trying to hide, it deficated/urinated all over itself. ^_^ welcome to real world of owning real wolves. lol

  • @wolfdogfostermom but... holy hell... about shat my pants when i saw your long ass message. u must think your the mega expert? i realize u foster them or something from your name, but jesus christ woman!

  • @smileygriller,

IM SORRY! I can't help it sometimes. Being in rescue, I have had to deal with A LOT of other owners and breeders messes, and it's not fun. Especially when they bring you a "wolf" that looks like it's a lab/shepherd mix, they get mad when you tell them it's not a wolf and the DOG has a wonderful chance of being adopted thru a shepherd or lab rescue, they get mad, and as the sotry goes, you come to find out the animal was euthanized because it was a "wolf." Sorry again for

  • @smileygriller,

I'd say there are exceptions to every rule, even with wolves, but it is exactly that, the EXCEPTION and not the norm. And people don't realize the amount of time, training and intensity of the socialization that people with real wolves/high contents go thru to make them into good ambassador animals. And what people don't know is that many of them, despite the socialization, are still wolves and still act like wolves and never make it to the ambassador level.

  • @wolfdogfostermom which is the reason why we are so fascinated with them-- thay arent truly "tameable" by general standards...

  • @smileygriller,

writing another book! lol :) It's just so hard trying to talk to people sometimes, about real wolves and wolfdogs. Some people just don't get how important it is to represent their animals truthfully and make sure you are telling people the right info about these animals- such as they dont make good protection animals and are considered "special needs" by many people that raise them! lol

  • Sorry I'm not convinced, it looks more like German shepherd crossed with an Alaskan Malamute to me. What ever it is, it's well behaved.

  • @EnglishRose888,

I wouldn't say pure wolf, but one of the few REAL higher content wolfdogs here on youtube. This is a beautiful blackphase that has been extremely well-trained and socialized.

  • What sub species is she? Yes it does take alot of hard work with theses guys my HC is 4 months old and ive spent sooo much time in training him its paying off big time hes real good at it just like this little woofer right here ^^^ :) good video!

  • When i saw this video's name, i was expecting u to tell the wolf to sit, then it would rip your face off

  • luck the lab is passive or there be a big fight on your hands ,, excellent recall though, but that wolf wil not get on with another dominant dog

  • How did you legalize this, did you need papers or something, all my life i've been trying to get a wolf hybrid but I don't know where I can find a good breeder, i've found websites but im afraid whether or not the animal is in good condition I also need to know where wolf hybrids are accepted. I live in CA and where I live, wolves aren't accepted.

  • TIMBER WOLFS AND DOGS ARE MY FAVORITE ANIMALS!!!!!!! <<<<<<333333333333333<3

  • I'm not sure but I think the German Shepard is more muscular than the Wolf am I right ?

  • If they didn't say it was a wolf, I would have thought it was a german shephard police dog! Wow! That dog was calmer with that lab than my dog would've. >.>

  • Beautiful animal! Is he pure? I heard 100% wolves were not legal anywhere in the US. They must be a certain percentage or less?

  • Beautiful animal. Is he a Hybrid? I heard pure wolves were not legal anywhere in the US?

  • Amazing! I could think of nothing I want more than to be friends with a wolf. :( But considering I live in AUS, my boarder collie will do :D

Will be using your training system when I get him :)

    Thanks

  • German Shepherds and Wolves are easily my favourite canines :D

  • wolves are not for good girls!! okay?

  • the guys are saying its a HE and why is the girl taking to wolfie like a SHE ?

  • Look at the wolf practically sitting on the dog saying "And you're the big guy?"

  • Why anyone even suggests using a shock collar in these comments is beyond me.

  • run dog run

  • was/is this a wild wolf, is it right to domesticate a wolf?

  • awesome love the dog

  • @k91dogtraining I'd hate to think what would happen if someone DID put an electronic collar on an untrained wolf and start giving corrections... Ouch. I haven't even seen this vid but sure like the others. I gotta go so I watch the wolf.

  • great vid. thanx for posting it!

  • that one at 3:50 must have been the worst one to train

  • that a wild animal its not suppose to be domesticated

  • sorry but if its a wild wolf then no but if its been bread with humans then yes but they will always be wild

  • That girl could have well DIED there if the wolf bit her sensitive clitoral hood.

  • A Wolf IS STRONG!

A Wolf could well KILL YOU!

    I respect the wolf.
