Simon Hart is chief executive of pro‑hunting Countryside Alliance—and Tory candidate for Carmarthen West and South Pembrokeshire.

The Countryside Alliance is backed by some of the wealthiest landowners in Britain.

Hart said of his campaign funding, I am doing it via personal friends who have chosen to support me.

But the truth is huge amounts have surged into the constituency from pro-hunting Tory big businessmen and the idle toffs that support this disgusting spectacle.

I've never been Mandelson's biggest fan, but I can't fault him over the last year. I know most Tories will watch this and give it a thumbs down, and then go on to say that he wasn't elected. That's because he's a Lord, something the Tories have neglected to modify in its entire history. The word "hypocrisy" springs to mind.

Great speech, and lets hope the fightback is sustained til next June!
