Absolutely smack on my friend! I think Crosby is overated. Sure he gets points and goals but only because hes surrounded by good playmakers do the work for him. He was absolutely dire in the olympic final but because he scores the winner people think hes the best ever! I think hes a lazy player who doesnt skate or work very hard on the ice but sato be fair he reads the game quite well! look im Pens fan, and we both can argue for hours on end but in the end I'll say crosby, you say ovie. That being said I respect Ovies play, i think hes one of the best players to play the game. @GTreconGT How is he a better player than Crosby? Look at Ovechkin's supporting cast, Backstrom, Green, and Semin are all great players. Crosby plays on a line with Kunitz and Dupuis, players that wouldn't make the top line on almost any other team. Besides they have two completely different styles of play, Ovechkin has an amazing shot and can throw massive hits, while Crosby makes unbelievable plays and has a defensive upside. No doubt that they are the two best players playing right now.
