You Ren-eurgh has more plastic on the body work than Micheal Jackson & Pamela Anderson Put together & more electrical faults than a Chinese christmas tree. Its a good job Renault don't make southern fried Wings at KFC. They would be plastic! If you tried to place the order in the drive-thru... the window wouldn't even drop down because the window mechanisms are shit lol. I'll tell you shall I... The Ford Focus ST has a much better Control Blade suspension & multilink rear suspension than a Megane which the Megane doesn't have. Sorry what were you saying there isn't any? Thats just it, I can talk about Renault! I used to drive my dads Megane Scenic which nothing electrical actually worked! I know the window mechs are shit I used to work for RAC A/W & fix door glass on them! Sorry I have driven 3 different Meganes so Ive never driven a Renault in my life?

First of all i was talking about a sport (rs) renault. Second of all the ST doesnt even approach the setup of the megane. RS could but 300hp in a FWD is just TOOOOO much (dont refer to revoknuckle etc its doesnt have to do with the wheelspin only the torquesteering. And also this revoknucle is something that the renault in their late RS fitted without having to inform the whole world). Care, im not talking about the architecture but for the setup itself

ST is too soft. Renault front suspensions are the best in the (purchaseable) world about the rear... I dont have to talk about the tail controlability when im talking about a renault. The whole world is talking about multilink but they cant set it better than french men do with their torsion beams

The Focus & Golf are two of the best handling cars in production today. Yes the ST might be soft but its actually set up for ultimate handling & ride comfort combined. Torsion beams are far too bangy & crashy like a tractor going over open man holes, you might as well have leaf-spring instead of that!

And when they want renault can make a really comfortable car. The new megane is out there go test drive it if you want. It drives like a magic carpet. Even with torsion beam. The GTi isn't overrated. The Ford Focus ST is the most overrated one. Well I wouldn't trust a Megane as far as I can spit I would rather have something that doesn't break down & inconvienience me when Im overtaking. Its no use having the torsion beams when the ECUs fuck up & it cuts out so no I won't be buying Renault no matter what anyone says about it!

I know Meganes & Scenics very well my friend, My dads old 1997 "R" scenic had plastic front wings, lots of rain leaks, lots of electrical failures & so does the facelifted one! I know that becuase Ive driven them & worked on them. I think when you said I havn't driven a renault I think might be wrong! I had access to my dads Scenic as well as my Leon & he now has a Picasso because renaults are worse! I borrowed a 2000/X Yellow Megane Coupe when my Fiat Bravo was having the manifold fixed!

Yes renault are (were) not reliable. But stick to the point cause im talking about suspension setup. If you would be able just go drive an RS. Then we can talk again about this. Oh and drive an ST too. You will notice extremely huge differences, if you drive to the limits. Renault can be judged by many, but concerning their knowledge about setups they have many many things to show to every car manufacturer in the world (the purchaseable world again:D)

Er... no, we don't live on a smooth race track, we live on public roads & most manufacturers take that into account & thats why they don't set bashy suspension like Renault. People don't like a car that takes a mile to steer & then gives them brain damage going over pot-holes! If you were in a Megane overtaking a Golf thinking the Golfs going to be %100 shit because the science Books say so, then the Golfs road handling might just comphensate & bite you on the ass! It has a DSG Gearbox (Standard now on the cupra) which means it has 0 downtime on gearchanges. I'm not going to prove it to you anymore you've got video proof, If you go to seatcupra . net you'll see his thread. I've seen the car on the track its exceptional. Its had no other engine work other than a cone filter and a remap.

I don't have a MK5 Ibiza and never will I think their fuck ugly and their electronics intefere too much. But what I've shown you, and told you is true.

By the way my power to weight ratio is that of a Evo 8 and my only engine mods are a larger bore exhaust and turbo downpipe a cone filter and a remap its not all about power its weight aswell. Meganes are awesome but so is the MK5

@CJRamze If you are like me a german car fan (except for VW) you should know it's not the first time this happens... what about when the Leon cupra came out and everybody said it sprinted from 0 to 62 in just 6 seconds... the official seat page said that, several events from seat prove it and what happened then? top gear tested it.. fifth gear and they dscovered the sprint was actually 6.5 with the car stock then seat changed their webpage... and what about the copa edition? 5.2 was actually 5.9

I have a Leon FR TDi, It holds a respectable 0-60 but a much better shifter on motorways. I never waste my time driving like an asshole & looking for trouble. Ive just got 148Bhp & 320Nms of useful torque power as & when I need it most. I always get loser kids in pathetic Corsa 1.4 SRis or MG-ZR 1.4 105s trying to play race-chase down the sliproads. They always lose everytime!
