Honestly, it's almost better that way. Hollywood ruins shows that become 'the next big thing' If Psych were as big as The OC became, or Heroes, it wouldn't bother doing stuff like Psychouts or webisodes. Being underrated, they care more about the fans - as it should be!

True, most people my age don't watch - let alone have herd of- Psych. (I'm a mid-teen.) And they watch a bunch of depressing soap opera -- not that i have anything against them, i gust got tired of constant feeling of angst they gave me.

ANYWAY, i love this show because this is about as original as it gets. Thank God Hollywood hasn't touched this show yet!

Jerk just refers to the kind of spice the chicken is marinated in. It's from Jamaica originally, they're famous for it. I had both jerk chicken and jerk pork while I was vacationing down there. It's just a little spicy and oh, so good.
