Where do you get this from? That's not what the number of black dropouts is. Texas, which has one of the lowest graduation rates in the country, still has an 83% graduation rate for black students:

I don't know where they got the number from either. Most of the sources I've checked (mostly state and federal studies) show at least 79% graduation rate for black students. The white graduation rate is usually less than 91%.

CON'T...Women are more likely to go to the doctor/clinic and get tested. Alot of men never go to get tested. So if women HIV/AIDS is higher, its for that reason. Women have babies, men don't. When I gave birth to my son, I was tested without even being aware of it. It was fine, because I wanted to know anyway :-) So how will CDC really know, if men never go get tested??? Men hate going to the doctor/getting blood drawn.

Where do you get this from? That's not what the number of black dropouts is. Texas, which has one of the lowest graduation rates in the country, still has an 83% graduation rate for black students:

They try to counter the claim that only 50% of men graduate high school by holding up a sign that says 74.2%.
That's still more than 1 out of 4 dropping out of school.
The national average for dropping out is 10%.

I don't know where they got the number from either. Most of the sources I've checked (mostly state and federal studies) show at least 79% graduation rate for black students. The white graduation rate is usually less than 91%.

black people in the United States are the leaders in poverty, illiteracy, HIV, murder, fatherless children, drug abuse, prison population and the list goes on and on. . And some people blame that on the effects of slavery and racism, and an unfair judicial system. But look at Africa where blacks werent slaves and arent affected by racism . Africa is the cradle of poverty, famine, disease, instability, genocide, and desperation.

For too long we have simply excused and dismissed black problems as products of "racism" or the fault of whites As we see, this un-accountabilty by blacks have done absolutely nothing to help them.
There comes a time for blacks to stop blaming, start accepting full responsibility, & take serious steps to change & help themselves.

I didn't say what white people do makes black people commit crimes. However black people who commit crimes are more likely to get locked up than white people who commit crimes. How else would you explain blacks being 55% of the prison population locked up for drug possession but only 13% of the actual offenders?
