I don't know how many sleepless nights I spent trying to remember this movie. All I could remember is an old school diver in an aquarium and a lake monster that turns out to be a crane. I thought it was a long shot, but it turns out typing "movie lake monster mechanical crane" actually worked. God bless Google and whoever posted this video. Now I can sleep.

for all you wondering about the dvd. There is none. Join cinemageddon. Download the torrent. Convertxtodvd it. Then burn it to a dvd-r. Thats the best quality you are going to get. oh btw... I upped the whole movie to youtube a couple years ago...its still up.

God this is a blast from the past. Used to love this movie as a kid and was filmed not far away from my place in South Eastern Melbourne. Also with a very young Tamsin West who we all loved in Round the Twist.

Frog Dreaming! I had forgotten that name. When I was 6 years old, I was living in Australia when this movie came out. It was the scariest thing ever! But I had never been able to find it again, until today, as my family returned to America and it was called the Quest there. Thanks for the memories!

I found a practically new copy of the VHS listed as " The Quest " on ?Bay about a year ago. Watched it once. Remembered it as just a neat as when I was a kid. So hard to find.
