No one is saying its fake so i have no idea where you are getting that idea from, HBK obviously makes some kind of contact when he hits, but the entire kick itself isn't a real full-fledges kick to the jaw. HBK slaps his thigh to produce a sound that will add to the effect and make everyone believe that it hurt a lot. BTW there are mikes under the ring that make everything louder. Wrestling isn't fake its simply choreographed, but its not completely real either. Its somewhere in between.
