The reason Ayers isn't in jail is because police illegally wiretapped him while he was on the run, so they couldn't prosecute him. He got off on a technicality. But they had evidence that he murdered a police officer and planned to murder US Soldiers. It's in court records.

The blast broke almost 100 windows and blew pieces of the statue onto the nearby Kennedy Expressway. Actually,Obama has been endorsed by over 18 million democratic primary voters and that is why he is the nominee. Ayers and Wright were raised during the democratic primary and democratic voters decided that it was irrelevant. Stop crying about it like a bitch and just deal with it. If Obama's challenge to the incumbent Illinois state senator he defeated was LEGAL, the people of that state weren't DEPRIVED of anything. Election law applies to all elections moron and if the incumbent didn't qualify to run, Obama was right to object. As to FL and MI, that was the decision of the DNC, not Obama. Bill Ayers was a young person who was horrified by the atrocities our govt. committed in Vietnam (my lai ring any bells?). He was motivated by the horror of the abuse of US military power in Asia in the 1960's. Ayers may have chosen the wrong tactic, but his outrage was absolutely justified.
