Yes ! i'm on the same network ( wifi ) , ( network's name : home ) so , on iphone , i am connected at home wifi , and at computer , at home wifi. so ... i have 2 wifi networks in house . with iphone i will connect to 2nd wifi , ( name : orange ) and at pc , at home . Right ?

man i've got an error. when i type my ip at host name , and username : root pass alpine , it says network error. connection timed out.

@DysasterG You have the Info right, but did you turn your Openssh (SSH)? If not that might be the problem, and you also have to be on the same network (wifi) on your computer

After successfully changing that to 'ON', my WinSCP is still not connecting. :( ' '

Don't know what I'm doing wrong. BTW I'm using v4.1.

@chaolan77 Ok, Yeah you can swipe left or right doesnt matter, but open make sure that SSH is on then turn on your wifi, and look at the ip address and then enter winscp and enter the ip address and for user name its: root. and for password its: alpine
