@1matt63 No, bolt charges are for Adv magics. Ice charges would be for Ice Spear. Hailstorm doesn't need anything but the staff and skill.

@Zaros105 Lol i got the skill now with nothing more then a 4 dura firewand with CC+4, a crystal lighting wand, and a trinity staff with a very low level giant, Just dont ask how we pulled it off xD

If im correct bolt mastery dosent actully add dmg to hail storm spasificly

Approximately how much INT did you have at the time of this video? Your Hailstorm rank, and Int would be useful info to place next to the embedded video.

@MSZShadow I've added the Rank, Int and affecting skill ( Bolt mastery skills add % of damage, 2%+ in this case)
