    Priceless

  • bra skit! kör me sån gaffel!

  • Finally pulled the trigger on a set of tora coils for my do-it-all inbred! Got myself a great deal from rcz bike shop at 87 € including poploc.

A little research through exploded views and part lists tells me that the 2010 tora SL coil should be the exact same forks as 2011 Recon TK silver coil. Same lowers (reba), same uppers (tapered 4130) and steerer, same spring, damper, bushings etc. Also the claimed weights by Rockshox are identical at 2228g.

  • i dont get the point of these unpacking videos?

  • @crni195 You get picture of what's inside the box.

  • @crni195

It's window shopping for the 21st Century. Ever looked at the pictures of something you wanted? Skimmed through a magazine? This is just the same, you get to see the product in question, and you happen to also see the packaging. It's not that complicated.

  • @crni195 Me too :D

  • Hey, good attempt for an 'unboxing' video! But you need to get your facts right before you start! You didn't mention the rebound dial at the bottom of the right leg!

Again, good start! Keep on it and keep improving! Welcome to the 'unboxing' video family.

  • whats the difference between this and the tora SL?

  • steer tube heter det...

  • like super swedish!!!!!

  • Just got these, much better than the Suntour forks that came with my bike. Worth noting are the 4 bumps on the front right of the fork which guides your disc brake cable when fitted to the bike. The cable is secured with a zip tie (mine was in the box).

  • Ops! I hope you did alright. I like the fork but Im going to have remote lock out on my nest fork :)

  • i have these and ive had no problems with it and ive pushed it more than i should have cos i went ove a big jump and went like 5 metres then fell and bent my wheel :(

  • ummmmmmmm..... ummm.......

  • learn your shit

  • How do you like the fork? Do you have any experience of other forks to compare it to?

I'm looking for a cheap singlespeed/back-up fork and found quite some deals on this one.

  • @Anehjort I have the rock shox tora 318 100mm and its good. Bigger bumps are ok but small bumps arnt that great.

  • Great fork for the money, i got the exact same as u from chain reaction cycles to replace the cheapo suntour jobbies that came on my bike, best £120 i spent and as usual the great speedy delivery from CRC meant i got them next day fantastic!!! Im gon buy a harder spring though, the medium they come with is a touch too soft for me but other than that they're great budget forks.
